Is astral my purpose ?

Hey people,

Erin asked me to write here on the forums because you guys can maybe help me with all my questions...

With all sincerity i would ask amateurs to please not participate in this because i am going to do everything i read here to help me project...

I have been experiencing some sort of OBE, wich i generally assumed to be etheric projection... the scenario's are as follow :

Once i just randomly found myself walking in a friend of mine's room, apart from the fact that i have ever been there before, i was fully conscious physically and astrally, being able to operate flawlessly in both forms...
I went there about a year later to find her room looks exactly the way i saw it, and that was back in 2006, when i realized that i ws not going crazy...

Secondly, a few months ago i remember just randomly ending up in some airport in England, where i spoke to another friend of mine, just to find (on the following day) that he had actually moved to England at that time

Thirdly, i see demons , angels and all those stuff ....

Lastly i find myself going to random places talking to people...
the problem however is that i have never seen anyone I do not know while experiencing these OBE's ... and i never chose to do anything either ... so i dont really know what to say but now i really want to go astral ...

I have been doing a lot of resarch on this topic, and lately every night before i fall asleep i can feel that i am able to just go, but fo now i force my astral Paul to chill inside untill i have enough information...

I have a couple of unanswered questions regarding astral projection:

1. What on earth is this "VIBRATION" everyone speaks of ?
   
2. In common terms - God, or the White Light - does it allow astral projection ?
   
3. Can beginners encounter serious problems with negative energy while in learning ?
   
4. I am aware of the silver cord , but is there any other possibility that one could reach a point of physical death via astral projection ?
   
5. Who, or what, are these spiritual guides ? and where can I get a hold of them ?
   
6. Is there any way of visiting people within their dreams , without their knowing ?
   
7. Can you choose where you want to go - eg, i want to go to the moon, or do you need permission ?or do you need to follow a route ?

Please help me on this , i am only 18, but i am sure that this is something destined to happen ...

Your physical body vibrates at a certain resonance. Your "astral body" vibrates at another resonance. When you switch frequencies, you feel the vibrational discord between the two till your conscious awareness is securely in your astral or physical body.

Perhaps in a general sense -- in the same sense that water "allows" fish to swim and live. The creator is pure positivity, an allower if you will. All is allowed. Freewill is maximal, and of the utmost importance.

They are aware of your thoughts, you don't contact them, they contact you. Your desire to contact them will give them permission, assuming they have a reason for contacting you.

I'm sure. After all, we live in a universe of infinite possibilities. Personally, I am not aware of such a technique.

Many astral projectors have problems going to specific places due to mental limiting factors. Take going to the moon for example. Do you realize how freaky it actually is to be that high above the earth? Or in space? Or deep under water? The fear is easily enough to slam you back in your body. Try it, see if you don't freak out.

One other question i forgot to say is

when i experience OBE's or near OBE's where the shock awakens me instantly , my body temperature is extremely high - like 60 degrees celsius , is that normal ?

It is possible to visit people in dreams without their being aware of it - I've experienced this myself. About 2 years ago I was going through a very difficult time and my brother, concerned about my health, asked a gifted friend of his to help me. She spent probably a year (on and off) doing healing work on me in the dream state. We eventually met late last year, and I had no idea this had taken place. I suspect my lack of recollection was either due to the difference in my vibrational state between waking and sleeping (I simply couldn't carry the experiences through to my waking consciousness), or the difference in vibration between us - she carries a high frequency.

If you want to learn more about Astral Projection, I'd recommend the 3 books by Robert Monroe - they don't go into developing technique so much, but they're a great read. The Monroe Institute have an audio program to develop technique (it's pricey) and there is also a book & CD program by Robert Bruce. His website (astraldynamics.com) is useful, as are the forums at astralpulse.com and riverofenlightenment.com
