O.B.E and possible guide contact.

Ok here's the story. Years ago I was very interested in Out of Body Experience and I did some reading on it. One night I decided to try it out and see if I could do it. So, I layed there and I told myself that I was going to get up go from point A(laying on the floor) to point B(bathroom) and come right back. I layed there and told my self over and over until I finally did it. I had a tingly sensation all over me and noticed I was heading to point B but I was still laying there. Cool. So, I on my way to point B I noticed 4 figures hanging out in the loft area and they didn't notice me at first but I stood there stunned in stock and apparently they noticed me. After they noticed me they waved me over and I had this overwhelming urge to head over but I was sooo freaked out that not even in a blink of an eye I was back in my body and looking at the ceiling. I popped up and went to look at the loft and nothing was there and then I turned the lights out, hopped in my bed, and threw the blanket over me. I was so freaked out. In a few minutes I was passed out asleep because I felt so drained and tired. Later that night it felt like someone woke me but when I woke up there was no one there. Then I turned to my right and there was this guy sitting on the edge of my bed and he tells me "I can't believe you did that". (Now that scared the ba-jesus outta me) I was so freaked out that I hid under my blanket until I fell asleep and then morning came. Til this day I don't know who those figures were or who that one person was...possibly my guide. I still don't know what that person said that "I can't believe you did that" as a good thing or bad. It was said with no emotion or tone. What do you think?

I am surprised this post didn't already have a response. My guess is that there are these beings there in everyone's life that we don't notice. I cannot say if one of them was your guide, because I don't know the same from my own experiences.
In the couple times I have tried O.B.E., I have seen people, but I think I more had the expectation that people would be around. I was looking to see if one was my guide, but I can't say I can recognize which one is. I think that you could even visit other people's guides in this way, and probably several guides would hang out together, such as those in your loft. They may have places to be at specific points in people's lives, but not need to be there most of the time.
I expect that the guy that spoke to you probably meant it in a positive way and was happy to see you had gotten up from your body and looked around... Probably, it is not that common for people to try.

Do you know what kind of an effort a guide has to go through to get you signs, signals, messages, synchronicities, to line things up with other people and their guides. And then of course there's all the parties. Busy busy bees.
