I was meditating this morning, and had a truly wonderful experience with a guide. I was sending light out, and imagined my husband at his desk. On the ceiling over him was a sort of shadow, with glowing eyes, and an evil feeling. My guide called it "ill-will". I imagined a shield of light around my husband and the thing looked at me and snarled.

What was that!

You mean you'll see "things" in mediation?

I'm asking this as I haven't much experience in meditating, hence this sounds slightly scary for me.

I haven't before, and I felt perfectly safe. My guide was there protecting me.

My version of meditation includes voices and visual. Not everyone's does. But this time it was clearer than it had ever been. (New guide. I think it's an angel!

What was that snarly thing? I wouldn't know, but "ill will" is a big clue, ha? Maybe just that your husband sits at a desk to do work is enough - that for everyone having to do work at a desk is a difficult situation and breeds ill will. Maybe just a strong message that he should take breaks more often from the desk - or find a way to like doing what he's doing at the desk. Maybe lots of people have that dark cloud over us while at work that we are toiling at.

Turns out he actually was. He has a job that makes a lot of people mad at him, mostly because they don't want to do their jobs correctly. I wondered if it was the ill-will of the people who are mad at him.

I don't think it was the ill will of the people mad at him. If I were there, I would go to the office and explore around there a bit to see if there is something hanging around.
