I have had "hostile crowds" awaiting me on my re-entry from sleep lately. I have been ushered aboard my returning vehicle by unknown friends. Tonight and in the past I have had a hostile bite a chunk out of my head. There was no friend. It was a single being and not a crowd. I would like to turn my Unknowns into Knowns. What is the nature of the things attacking me? What is the nature of the things guiding me home? What is the nature of the crowds? If I falter and continue to attract enemies, how can I best resolve the situation? How can I repair missing chunks/energy damage? What is the nature of my own energy? What is the nature of my own consciousness? How can I get past doubt and panic in moments of fear? Is it safe to be attacked?(I'm not much worse off). Can the advice of others truly help you or are the answers to most questions already known? I feel I know the answers or how to find the answers to these questions. I started this post in a moment of fear..its scary when you feel you are missing a chunk of field. I am kind of inexperienced with energy manipulation of fields, I'd appreciate some advice on repairing it. Right now I'm going to focus on drawing in energy to the area and visualizing it as healed. Its been over five hours and I still have a twinge, my head feels heavy, and I am still missing a chunk. Peace. -R.R.R Last edited by RRR; 08-01-2008 at 02:36 PM. |

If I were in your situation, I would clear my energy field, set up protection, and ask for healing before I go to sleep. Energy Clearing: It's a good idea to clear your energy more than once a day. (One guy I know clears his every time he washes his hands.) You can do Erin's chakra clearing exercise, "wash off" all negative energy in the shower or when you wash your hands, or state with confidence and intent that you are clearing your energy field of all foreign energies. Follow up with protection. Protection: First, know that you are more powerful than whatever non-physical entities are out there is simply because you are incarnate and they are not. One way to set up protection is to strongly state, either out loud or in your mind, that only energies that work toward your highest good are permitted to contact you, enter your home, or influence you in your sleep. Another way is to visualize yourself surrounded by beings of bright light and love, beings who protect you and work toward your highest good. Some people imagine a bubble of white light. The details matter less than the intent behind them. Find a method that appeals to you and use it consistently. If they do manage to contact you again, remind yourself that you are more powerful than they are, feel that you are more powerful than they are, and request that they leave, never to return. Banish them from the planet if that appeals to you. They might get stubborn, and you may have to insist. If it feels like a struggle, ask for beings of bright light and love to escort them away. Healing Stolen Energy: There have been times when I've had dreams that indicated that someone or something was stealing my energy. Feeling my own power and strength of intent, I simply took it back in the morning—only my own energy, though, and I cleared it as it re-entered my energy field. You can ask for the help of your angels and/or guides, too. I often set up an intention to heal as I sleep, not just my energy field, but physical things, too. |

Thanks Kaspian. My post came off oddly, I had written it 4 times and decided to go with a minimalist post. The first couple versions written were a bit more descriptive of the dreams, and I feel it might help to share the details now that the dream is continuing to repeat. I have also been very "sleepy" lately, so I feel I am being pulled back to get it right. The dreams have a few scenarios in common. In some dreams there is a "hostile group". I have yelled at them angrily as I passed through with a friend (did last few hundred yards without friend), I was not engaged by them. I have gone around them on a raft my friend put me on and was not engaged (went on raft around them without friend). Tonight I was captured along with my friend while trying to help others escape and escape myself (I got confused and kept repeating the exit til I felt I couldn't escape and got caught). I decided to leave with only a few moments left before a bomb went off we were fleeing from, I left my friend, and was followed by a hostile who changed into an acquaintance. We negotiated on the way back, he was trying to convince me to go somewhere with him, I told him to take someone else. He didn't attack me, but he didn't feel trustworthy. A common theme I am having with my other dreams is shared here. I am going somewhere with someone who is neither hostile nor overly friendly, they are represented by different acquaintances whom I dislike but am fairly indifferent towards . I try to go but I can't, or the vehicle to get there breaks down (bike chain falls off repeatedly), or I refuse to go. I don't recall how I came about being attacked when I was attacked. I am not sure if these are the same situation. The attack was by a bat creature, whereas these people taking me somewhere are friends from the past, I am not sure if I am being lured somewhere to be attacked or really where they want to take me or why. I get a bad feeling about it most times though. Maybe I'm inside a protected area and they try to lure me out. I also have a feeling the other 'good friend' is being a bit suspicious, he protects me for a while and then I keep getting left alone with the crowd before I get back to the vehicle (for the ride home to my body). I feel I get caught generally because I get confused and don't Know I am more powerful than other entities. That is something I have yet to prove to myself. I'd like to know how to resolve this scenario. I'm going to try negotiating with the crowd, or maybe asking my friend what I should do. Also I should figure out how to be more powerful than dream enemies, its certainly something I don't believe right now, It'd be nice to change that. I don't think I trust the person luring me to an unknown place. Any idea on how I can prove to myself I am powerful when astral/obe/dreaming? I have tried making swords out of golden/white light and stabbing into dark enemies but I get laughed at. I feel pretty powerless out there. Any thoughts? You are more powerful than they are simply because you have a body. One way of looking at it is this: They are only as powerful as you let them be—which means YOU really are the one with the control. I like to think of them as puny, little, wimpy critters that cast a big, scary shadow. They want you to think that they are the big, scary shadow, but in fact, they're not. They laugh at your light sword because they think that's a way to get you to keep giving them power over you. As long as you believe they have power, they do. As soon as you decide you have the power, no matter what illusions and taunts they throw at you, you do. If you can recognize that you're in a dream state, you can choose to alter the dream. I've had dreams where I didn't like the situation I was in, so I changed myself into a hawk or falcon and flew away. If you're around water, you could morph into a dolphin (or something else that appeals to you) and swim away. Oooh! You could make yourself bigger, make the hostiles smaller (until they're more like gnats than anything else), and then simply blow them away, as if you're blowing out candles on a cake. Another question to ask yourself is whether or not there are aspects of your dreams that are symbolic of things in your waking life. Do you feel like there's a situation or person that's out to get you? Is there someone who is trying to get you to do something you know isn't in your best interests? Is there someone who appears to be a good friend, but might not always stick by your side when things get tough? What about the bicycle chain image—how are your efforts to get somewhere in life doing? |
