11's and doubles

I have a question about the meaning of what I call doubles and seeing 11's, like times, 1:11, 5:11, etc, or just 11's in general. By doubles I mean specific events, subjects of conversation, snatches of music, etc, coming into my awareness twice in one day. For example, yesterday a co-worker talked to me about origami and a few hours later another friend in a completely different context and location spontaneously bought up origami. I said absolutely nothing to prompt either person to bring up the subject of origami. They did that all on their own. Coincidence (in which I no longer believe anyway) is one thing, but this doubles thing is almost a daily occurence. This happens to me on such a regular basis that my friend came up with the name doubles to describe it. This same friend is the one who frequently see's 11's, rather it be the time or in some other form. We have not been able to figure out what the doubles and the 11's mean. This has been going on for over a year now. Does anybody have a clue?

It's a sign that you're on the right path. Don't spend too much time trying to analyze every instance that has this affect on you, just appreciate syncronicities and continue. If there's something you've been wanting to change in your life, this would be a great time!

Have you searched these forums yet for more threads on this topic? There have been discussions regarding numbers and 11:11 before which you may find interesting.

Also, Google 11:11 - there's a huge amount of info on the 'net about this. And I'd suggest also Googling Doreen Virtue and angel numbers, as that will probably answer many of your questions on the meaning of the numbers that you see.
