Default Energie testing: Total crap or Valuable?

I've seen several energietests now.

The arm test, the thumbtest, the body pendulum e.g.

The demo's are quite fascinating.

But to use for myself... Somehow it is still not convincing.

Does any expert know ONE exercise to do self energietests that proofs something???

E.g. I picked up a book and made the statement:

In this book at page X there is standing a picture....

Then I energie test...

Results? Total crap.

I'm no expert on energy testing so I can't comment too much other than to say in my own personal experience I have never gotten good or accurate results from energy testing. But bear in mind that I have not delved into it, studied it, or know much about it.

I've been energy tested by others and find it to be accurate. I've tried it on myself, but have been unsuccessful. Maybe you should find someone who can do it and learn from them instead of a book.

Good luck!

It could be like tickling or trying pressure points on yourself.

Here some woman who teaches body pendulum for selftesting:

Debs Holistically Healthy: Applied Kinesiology - muscle testing

Actually it is not objective at all.

She tests products if it is good for her or not..

For sure if she had an healthy apple in her hand and she tested 'NO' she would explain it as.. 'Oooh, than NOW, for this moment, this apple is not good for me.

Pffff...
