| Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any specific techniques to control the flow of lucid dreams? I'm to the point that when I go lucid, I can hold the dream state indefinitely, and have a VERY limited amount of control, but not enough to be able to explore the ideas/theories I want to touch on. Just wondering if anyone has an actual technique for controlling the content and context, or is it just a "find your power" type of thing? Bill LucidBlog |

| A great way is to have a plan ready, like you do for a fire drill. So the next time you find yourself lucid you can immediately launch into your plan. For me, when I was younger, as soon as I became lucid I would immediately don my Storm gear (of the X-Men) and start flying and shooting lightning out of my hands. Sometimes the other X-Men would appear to back me up and sometimes I was a little out of place considering the dream environment. After a while I made other plans, but Storm was always a favorite. Anyway, have a plan so that when you're lucid you'll know exactly what to do.
