| Its pretty intense imagining spirits just hanging around after death because they don't want to face the light. Even more intense to imagine my own death bringing on an instant realization that all the material things I was scared of or tried to protect were just illusions.. The older I get the more truth I see in the saying, "life goes on." Despite any drama, whatever it is, life always goes on. I suspect its true even after you die. That means absolutely no reason to despair or disparage no matter what, even during what may seem to be the worst of times. I can see why people choose to reincarnate. They were so scared of death during their time here they never got to show their love the way they intended to.

| This song came on Pandora as I was proofreading that post.  This is such a pity. We should give all our love to each other. Not this hate that destroys us. This is such a pity. (This is a pity) What kind of future will we have? Will we ever find peace? Everybody thinks we're crazy. They're about to call the police. I don't wanna be a chump. So true.

| From my experience they have mainly just projected negative thoughts. I was told that this is their way of distracting you, so you keep your vibration low. Sending them love does seem to work quite well. Some embrace it and some run off. |

| A question, if I may. How can I help these angry spirits? I really feel for them. If I were a spirit like that I think deep down I would want help overcoming my negative emotions. Also, do all spirits cross over, or are there some that never do? I'm afraid that for some reason I'll get stuck and won't be able to... |

| Nani, did you read my article on Crossing Over? Most spirits cross over. Something pretty compelling would have to happen to keep you in limbo for a long time. This is a public service announcement to do good in your life, let go of hate and anger; the dark side are they. Just be good people.
