Default How long time does it take to choose your future life in the ether?

Erin, I've been reading a few articles under "The 4th Dimension", and I find them very interesting.

Have a few questions.

How long "time" does it take to choose your future life in the ether?
Like, 1 day, 1 month, 1 year, 1 decade ... ?
I assume it takes different time for everyone - but on average?

Or does time not exist there at all? That when you do die you "instantly" get reborn as the moment you die (but in between these two moments u actually get "all time in the world" in the ether to decide your next life)?

Ah time, it can really muck up the explanations.

I can't say for sure, but I know that most people do not reincarnate willy nilly and right away. You're not likely to see your grandmother die one day and get reborn as your neice the next. I"m sure it can happen but it's very unlikely.

Other than that, I couldn't say. I'm not equipped to understand the time paradox.

Default Time maybe multi-dimensional, too.

When we walk somewhere and are asked where we are going, we frequently point ahead and say, "That a way!" - as if it is one direction. However, wherever we go in 3-dimensional space, there are 3 components which we denote as length, breadth, and height (or X, Y, and Z). It seems to me that time may similarly be composed of multiple factors (or dimensions). If so, it could explain different directions in time as well as precognition/premonition and other paranormal occurrences as well as Steve's "subjective reality". Though our bodies are stuck in one direction, our minds may be able to jump onto other time-tracks. Plus, the laws of physics which govern this universe (and it's inherent time-track) may be different from the guiding laws of another universe riding upon a different time-track. But this is all conjecture, and I will leave the possibility of multi-dimensional time up to Erin to discern or verify psychically.

Default Not good to reincarnate too quickly...

After you die I believe you do spiritual work on yourself on the other side. We continue there just as we are now basically. My dad and stepdad both died and my dad was doing work on himself over there and needed my forgiveness. I informed him there is nothing to forgive then realized he needed love and light and prayers to help him as he was dealing with some unfinished business and guilt. I wished for him to release the guilt of whether or not he was a good father to me.
Our prayers and love help those on the other side to progress. It is just as useful here as there.
So, I do not believe we automatically incarnate again. I know I do not, nor has my family members. It is not best to rush back here. I also believe your desires and things you yearn for or lessons unfinished etc. go into the planning of your next life.

I don't think you have to reincarnate in a future life, as defined from the human perspective. For example, it makes sense to me for someone to live as a girl in this century and then reincarnate as Abraham Lincoln.

Default That reminds me

That reminds me of Dick Sutphens ideas which could be I suppose. I read his books when I was a teenager( the eighties)I think it is possible as time does not exist other than here in our incarnations. Life here is sort of like the matrix- the movie.

But I am of the opinion that we follow the time continuum for our incarnations as a rule.
I have pondered with the thought you speak of myself though.
