"Weird" experiences

Hey this is my second time posting on this forum. I have had a bunch of weird spiritual experiences but lately they have increased. A week ago I was in Montreal for three weeks and had tons of Deja Vu experiences-what exactely is deja vu?

One of the nights that I was there I woke up to see a person sitting in a chair facing me. I saw the person in almost perfect detail just stairing at me. After 10-15 seconds he went away.

A couple nights ago after returning from Montreal to my house I was walking up the stairs and had heard noises in the bathroom like someone was in there. I went into my bedroom and asked my girlfriend if she was in there but she wasn't.

Tonight before going to sleep I had a feeling of being very scared but ignore it and went to sleep. My girlfriend was awake in the dark and asked her higher self if I saw someone in the bathroom and asked to be shown a sign that it was true. A minute or so later there was something by the door just watching her for a couple moments before racing to the bed. It stopped right as she woke me up.

For the past week or so my girlfriend and I had been seeing things out the corner of our eyes.

I have been told to say "all entities that are not of love and light be gone" three times to to prevent dark spirits from coming in. We did that two nights ago before the dark thing by the door came. Anyone know what else to do so we can get a peaceful nights sleep?

My girlfriend and I have a form of clairvoyance and have had a bunch of these weirds experiences. We have been meditating a lot more and becoming more open and feel like more "weird" experiences like the above are going to increase. We want to understand what exactly all of this stuff means so we don't get freaked out.

I'm thinking of getting a phone consultation with Erin so I can get a clear picture of whats going on and what to do but want to hear if anyone else has advice or experienced these kinds of things too.

also Erin mentions in her blog "Now I never ever slept anywhere but my bed because I had “enchanted” it with all kinds of charms and warding spells to protect me when I slept"

what are these things that she or you guys use?

Honestly?
You can't rly be sure if it is an evil entity if it didn't hurt you yet.
If I was you, I would try to talk with the spirit, hear it's story, Ask it to go away ("Can you please not come at night cause I need sleep, we can talk if you want to") or smth, to be polite

Just talk like it's your friend, you might hear something interesting too you never know what the spirit might be here for... it can be someone you knew.
