Can you tell me who my spirit guides are?

That's the same thing that happened to me, I just never assigned names to my guides. I just never thought it was important since the information received is what matters, not who it is from.:p

Are our guides a conscious creation ? Or we just stumble upon them?

I never found a guide in my life? Or i just didnt try?

Your guides are spirits in the ether who have agreed to work with you during this lifetime. Most people never know or find their guides consciously. But you can reach them if you try.

Does a guide ever leave and a new guide replace them in our life time and are they male or female? How many do we have and do they work together? Is it ever possible for our guides to not get along with each other and what affect would that have on a person?

Sometimes an old guide will leave and a new guide will come on board, yes. Technically they have no gender, but they will present as masculine or feminine for us to understand and relate to them better. I've read for people where I've seen the guides not totally agree on a course of action, but I think they get along for the most part. In the end, my understanding is that the higher self has the final say on what the guides discuss.
