First OBE

I'm crying but I'm not sad, I'm startled but I'm not afraid. I've found somehting that i feel like I've lost but i don't remeber having. I work from home and i dozed off while at work but when i did i started hearing this intense buzzing or vibrating and what sounded like my mother's voice. Who was not in the office at the time. I felt myself comming out of my body and i think i sucedded and i wen toward that voice and then i heard a million voices all at once, I got frightened and returned to my body or what i thought was my body and tried to wake up. I was manipulating objects in the room but it had odd efects and my body wouldn't move and i saw things that popped in and out of existance something told me that I could spend 8 days here wihtout having to go back (wich i didn't). It was just a number that flashed before me but i understood it. So i decided to just get up and go without my body and I found myself in a parking lot and the voice told me she was going to leave soI looked around and i saw my silver cord and i picked it up and started puling myself in, then i woke up. I'm deeply moved by this experience, and i'm not sure what to make of it yet.
I only heard about AP a month or so ago and I wouldn't really have believed it but i decided to believe in it just to see what would happen. Now i know it for sure. this was no dream.
Can anyone lend any interperation to what happened to me. Especially the part where i heard a million voices all at once. that was overwhelming, and a bit frightening.
Ps- I hadn't heard about the buzzing noise untill iwoke up and looked at another thread where someone had a similar experience, so I know htat his is not unique to me. What should i do next?
I only post this under the Erin Pavlina section becasue i believe that it is her writing about it that alowed me to be reletively calm when it happened. And i want to thank her for helping spark the idea in me.

Hi there. I'm glad you had such a moving OBE experience. Yes, the buzzing noise and vibration often accompany an out of body experience. Hearing lots of voices is common as well, it's sort of like becoming a radio frquency and being able to suddenly undertand other frequencies. There's a lot of chatter out there to tune in on.

Hopefully you'll have another experience. When you do, ask your guides to assist you and see what happens. Try tuning in on one voice.
