| Have much negative blocked energy hard to release and negative thoughts controlling my mind/life/body materializing awful material landscape. After going through a series of traumas that I've overcome however I'm exhausted. BF thinks I'm out looking for job and working out while I am in my apt. in bed watching tv all day and reading self help articles yet inconsistant. REALLY dislike myself. Feel lazy/defeat and have NO motivation. Could anyone suggest what martial art would tone body and tone down thoughts? thanks |

What you need to to is to take a good "mental shower" erase those memories or at least, let them go on their merry way... and start looking forward to the future that you can build and have... Now, the first thing that you have to do is to write down exactly what kind of life you want to have... what you will no longer put up with... and what you expect of yourself... Next... you write down a plan to achieve that... After that... you take "MASSIVE ACTIONS" Next... you evaluate what's working and what's not... and change your approach until you have attained what it is that you want... Your future is in your hands and in no one else... you can keep on being a helpless victim or a creator of your future... the choice is yours... The very best of luck to you... and I mean that... PS- I was in the martial arts for seven years... it's a great tool... but by itself will not solve your problems... . |

| It wouldn't even have to be a martial art. Basically any regular exercise will make you feel more energised and positive. Even plain old walking helps a lot. On a possibly related matter, what sort of thing have you been eating?

| Annah, My suggestion is brazilian jiu-jitsu. It's what I practice myself. Everyone that I've introduced it to, loves it immensely.
