Default My head is busy.

Hello everyone sorry if i am posting this thread in wrong section. My problem goes like this

I was once smoking weed and suddenly got something like an attack in my mind.I am not a regular smoker .Actually it was my second attempt.I can't explain the attack clearly but it was for like 1 -2 hrs .After that i was in a numb mood for another 1 2 day. Then everything started to get normal and i got normal eventually.Suddenly after 2 - 3 days of being normal something similar to first attack but of very low intensity again stuck my head.I then thought it was because of lack of nutrition in my body. After that second attack which last for about half an hour my mind started to create very bad thoughts about reality for next 3 -4 days. After that i got normal but not completely. It was 2 weeks ago . Now my current symptoms are

Feeling something is going in my mind.Very few negative thoughts.i have complete sense of reality but there is something which keeps my mind processing.i can feel that processing. Also i have lost my attractions.i think they are just random thoughts and will go as soon as i will develop my lost attractions like my goal etc etc.consider my situation as someone is sitting in my mind and whenever i try to do something which feels me better start resistance against it.

Any help is appreciated. Also will explain anything regarding my problem. Not a native English speaker so please forgive me for mistakes.
