What is the difference between EFT and meditation?
Both are used as a way to create emotional well being.
But is meditation also more useful for creating mental discipline such as focus and concentration?
When I meditate and an unpleasant thought or experience pop up should I start tapping or should I just continue meditating and continue to focus on my breathing etc?
If you had to choose one of the two which one would it be?
