Maybe its how I am looking at things. So I guess why am I looking things in the way I am looking at things? Maybe its a goal I have not achieved and not been focusing on. So why have I not been focusing on that goal. I'm trying to figure myself out. It does seem time has been going fast lately. I think a lotto win would make things great. slim chances on that one. I could change my perspective, be more positive, focus on the positive and take massive action to get what I want. |

This, really, is something that you have to figure out yourself. Your post is very vague, and it sounds to me like you have absolutely no idea where to even start to overcome this unknown anxiety. My advice would be to take a few minutes and really try to break your life down. Try listing some things that you're happy with, things that you're unhappy with, and things that you want to change. Then look at that list and figure out what you can do to change the things that you want to change. Start with the small things first, as they're going to be the quickest to change and seeing results will motivate you to overcome the larger challenges. Try writing down your thoughts and organizing them. Writing can be extremely therapeutic and can let certain things surface. In order for anybody on these forums to be any help, you're going to have to have some direction with what your current challenges are and at least a general idea of what you're trying to overcome. |
