When I think of what love is I think of it as many aspects.
willingness to listen
willingness to experience life from the other persons point of view
not criticizing or judging self or others
giving others space to make thier own decisions
looking out for others less fortunate
When we show love to ourselves we dialog with ourselves and wait for an answer. We wear different hats, and sometimes these roles may at some point conflict. The parts of self dialog with each other to work things out. But right now parts of my self are not in conflict and the waters are calm yet maybe a bit murky. I use music or art to frame my dialog between different parts of self. Right now different personalities come out. Next perhaps they become aware of each other. And from there they dialog with each other. I write it out, then they collaborate on a project.
An answer will come. Give it time.
