Default On smoking

I was wondering what the effects of smoking cigarettes are on the pineal gland? Can anyone tell me?

Hi, i don't think anyone is educated enough to tell you that. Smoke itself does not reach the pineal gland as far as I know, but I want to leave you with this thought:

If you are talking or reading about the pineal gland that already tells me that you are interested in matters of greater importance than your average person, so why would you go ahead and poison yourself if you want to have anything ever to do with the pineal gland or spiritual development?

Well as for the question...
I used to believe that everything should be explored, so I did a lot of different drugs, quit and now am at the point of quitting cigarettes which is kind of tricky, but I guess time will tell if I am successful or not

If nicotine reach there, then it'll block the normal fluid flow...

I heard somewhere that nicotine remains in body for 3 years even after quitting smoking.

I'm starting to believe that. I've been off of nicotine for almost four months now, but I still get some pretty powerful cravings every now and then.
