I've played with a bunch of them! EFT, Hypnosis, NLP (I'm at the master level, whatever that means), Reiki, BSFF (BE SET FREE FAST; a faster less cumbersome form of EFT), Sedona Method and the Release Technique. I gotta tell you, using the combination of BSFF and the Release Technique makes me feel AMAZING!! If I could bottle it and sell it I'd make a fortune! A couple of years ago I went to Jamaica on a cruise after my fiance and I split. I wouldn't call myself a wild child but in going with the flow of the day I found myself on a mountain overlooking a waterfall smoking what I assume is some of the best marijuana known to man. I was higher than a kite. I would liken my use of the release technique/BSFF to that feeling. That's how amazing I feel. Like I'm floating and filled with this amazing love. Higher than 2 kites! What are you doing that makes you feel high as 2 kites?? |

The more healing work I do the less attached I am to feeling any particular way. All states are beautiful in their own right. (When they are fully experienced and honoured). I got high dancing to this song earlier today: Ferry Corsten - Feel It! (Full version) - YouTube Last edited by FlabRoshi; 11-20-2011 at 03:31 PM. |

That's interesting! All states? Even rage, anger, and other non-love emotions? I don't think there is anything beautiful about depression, for instance. I think it's a state that comes from squeezing off the natural flow of love that is available to all of us in every moment. Of course, that's only my belief. I think bliss is the state that we are all naturally in without any emotion, at all. It's what shows up when my mind is stilled by meditation, as well.

When they are owned and embodied they function as wisdom and compassion. It is the resistance to any emotion that results in suffering. Lots of spiritual seekers never get that because we are so focused on getting away from bad states and into good ones.

It's so interesting because I believe that all emotion is resistance. And since I am not my emotion, I can just let go of it and be connected to the divine. No suffering needed. My compassion and wisdom comes from love.
