Wasn't sure whether to post this in Fun or here - sure the mods will move it if they wish. Anyway, I just came across this absolutely phenomenal idea today when I was checking out a Choir Project here in Egypt. It turns out they are loosely affiliated to this group which has projects all over the world (their map doesn't include the Egypt ones, maybe they don't know about it  )Complaints Choirs of the World : Home Two Finns started the idea of transforming the huge energy people put into complaining into something else. Apparently Complaints Choir is a Finnish term used to describe situations where a lot of people are complaining simultaneously. Kalleinen and Kochta-Kalleinen thought: "Wouldn´t it be fantastic to take this expression literally and organise a real Complaints Choir!" Read the site for more |
