Lightbulb I Need Your Love - Is That True?

I was wondering if anyone has read the aforementioned book by Byron Katie.

If so, what are your thoughts? How has it helped you in your relationships? I found a lot of wisdom there, but I feel at this point I need to re-read it once a day to keep myself in the state of mind I would like .

So what do you think?

Bonus Question: What other books have you come across that have helped you in your relationships (I am wondering mainly about romantic relationships, but I am sure there are some that apply to relationships in general that would help in this area too)?

Thanks!

I have read all of Byron Katie's books, and I got a lot out of them!

Another complementary book/philosophy is Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication, which teaches you how to communicate effectively with anyone, and how to expand compassion between yourself and others. Invaluable advice for any relationship.

Thumbs up Excellent Book!

I have read this book, and I love it!! It has helped me make a lot of progress in my relationships, both romantic and otherwise. I am able to better understand why I get upset, why certains things irritate me, and what I can do personally to change various situations in my life (without trying to control others or change them).

I will even go so far as to say that of all the self-help books I've read, this one has helped me the most by far. The teachings in this book can be applied to ANY situation, and can instantly turn my mood from a negative one to a positive one, and keep it from returning!! This is because the teachings help me to find the truth...even one that's buried deep within...it will help you to truly see YOU.

I would also recommend ANY book by Iyanla Vanzant. They are all very helpful, especially with romantic relationships.

I wish you the best!!
