I think you're a bit too hung up on the concept of (going by your other thread about your fear of turning 30). Age is just how many years you've been on earth. That's it. We all age (except those who are unfortunate enough not to get the chance). Sometimes getting older can feel depressing or frustrating in a world that seems to idolise youth. But then again, a lot of people buy too much into getting older and make themselves older than they are by their attitudes and perceptions. If you're a fit, healthy 60 year old, you're in am much better position than an unfit, unhealthy 20 year old. Stop letting a little number bother you so much! |

because some people who are 25 are more wise and mature than a lot of people who are 75 because some people spend all their time partying and drinking and getting dumber whereas other people are following their dreams and learning and becoming more amazing people |

While I was jogging around the neighborhood, I saw a man coming out of his house. I said good morning, how are you? He smiled at me and said something like, "I feel like a teen-ager. I'm only 82." To me, he looked like he was 60. Probably because he was happy throughout his life he aged at a slower rate. |
