Default Mental effects on keto diet

HI everyone, i been on this keto diet (no carbs ) for almost a month now, i carb up only on the weekends,my diet revlolves around every type of meat you can imagine, eggs,tuna and very little low carb veggies, well since about 2 weeks ago into my diet, i noticed im more self concious as before, my emotions are high, i will go as far as murmuring outloud what i think of some poor fellow that probably doesnt mean any harm, could it be all this meat making me more agressive. I thought i would ask in this section, since in the health section everyone is vegan or vegeterian, i would like to hear more from meat eating people . Thank you.

How about posting in a paleo diet or low carb diet venue?

Food, however, can definitely affect your mood. Maybe you don't have a balanced diet for your body's needs.

I'd consider adding more veggies into the mix to get the nutrients you need but that's just my opinion.

My husband gets very cranky when he goes on it.

I think it is more the withdrawl from the carbs over the meat.... EspeciLly wnere you carb on the weekends, you're resetting the withdrawl instead of getting through it....
