Hi all. My name is Lisa. I am an extremely emotional person. I was told by a co-worker that I was a Sensitive. I feel way too much, and I don't know how to control it. I can't even watch tv without feeling the emotions of the characters. I don't feel anger so much as happiness or sadness. I am not suffering from depression. I'll start to cry, even sob sometimes for no reason, later to find out a close friend was going thru something. Same thing with feeling overjoyed, or restless. It's exhausting at times and effects my sleep. This is just a quick summary. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for listening. Last edited by clumsyshadoes; 11-06-2011 at 09:28 PM. Reason: The only way I knew how to repost it. I don't know why it was moved. |

Hey Lisa, You sound exactly like my main girlfriend; which means you're hot. Have you explored your psychic talents? My GF makes her living through them. Sensitive people normally are psychic in some way, shape or form. Anyway, being very sensitive also means you're incredible in bed, by definition. Do you realize how much men enjoy sensitive girls in bed? Just making you cry in juicy, orgasmic pleasure as your bodily fluids run wild and your heart moans in absolute ecstasy. Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuun! So relax, you're awesome. Wanna Skype? -- As for practical advice, my GF has the same problem as you, when it comes to sleep. The key seems to be in taking up activities that don't put you in the presence of very negative people. Surrounding yourself with very positive, uplifting people will solve many of your issues. |

I'm just going to give you some terms to Google. Spend some time reading, I think it'll help: psychic shielding psychic self-defence (psychic self-defense) emotional shielding By the way, your post was moved because it has to do with emotions and gaining mastery over them. This is the Emotional Mastery forum. Seemed appropriate. (Sorry I didn't PM you when I moved it. I honestly thought it was self-evident.) |

Sorry for the delay in replying. This post was moved and I couldn't find it! LOL. I don't take anything besides allergy pills and a vitamin. I've been like this most of my life. A woman at work told me I have to put a protective circle around myself, but this is all new to me. I also get premonitions. But I never know if they are real or just ideas popping into my head. It made my partners uneasy, so I never pursued strengthening my gifts. Now that I am getting a divorce, I have the time and the drive!
