Default How to make sense of all my troubles and work on fixing them? Any techniques?

Atm i am going through a rough patch in my life. I am still young, but i am a late bloomer and have matured in a few massive steps, rather than lots of small ones. I have many, many things that i need to deal with emotionally and mentally. I also need to change my life style a little to.
I'm feeling overwhlmed by it all and as such i have spent most of today just sitting pondering on where to start; but made no progress. It's like i dont know where to start or what to do. I often go play video games to escape it all.

Anyways..
Can someone help me with some techniques to maybe get some order about all these troubles? Also a good way to get everything going on within the thunderstorm in my mind into some sort of order so i can understand my troubles a little better, then rationalise and work on them?

I hope you understand what i am trying to say. Will make Edits if i have not got my point across well.

Please go to this link and search stuff you're interested in...totally free library of 225 books that are all about the mind.

The thunderstorm of thoughts are all your beliefs, all the voices of your parents, priests, politicians, teachers, friends and so on that have told you stuff that is contradictory. You may think these thoughts are your's but they are really memories of stuff you've been told.

You have an inner voice but these thoughts are not it.
