Default High energy, chest area feels warm, 5 hours sleep

Is this good or bad.

I got lots of stuff done today. I was just flowing. It feels awesome. It feels like the universe is giving me stuff to do and I just do it. I live in the moment now.

3 hours seemed like only an hour. I exercised for 30 minutes and seemed like only 20 minutes passed by. I was enjoying my exercise too, and also my 30 minutes meditation.

Someone made fun of me today in an indirect way and it just brushed off. Other people's opinions of me don't matter anymore.

I started giving compliments to people and they felt good.

I feel that I have high self esteem now (hopefully not too high)

The only "negative" things I noticed was fast heartbeat, my chest area feels very warm, also this throbbing sensation in my third eye chakra, and only 5 hours of sleep within the past 2 days(10 hours total).

Is this some sort of hypomania or something. One of the symptoms is irritability but I don't have that.

Have you felt something like this? Is this good or bad? Can the 5 hours of sleep lead to something bad?

It sounds like you are in a good place... I'm jealous haha. The sleep will inevitably catch up to you. Also, sometimes I have these relatively short-lived periods of time when I'm functioning very well like you described, but they only last for a few hours to a few days. Let me know if you continue like this!

Thanks. Will do

I just measured my heart rate and it's 108. After meditation the chest warmness wasn't there anymore.

If you relax deeply it feels warm. That's a good sign.

That's okay, if you feel rested when you awake.

Temporarily that's no problem.
If your heart rate is still at that number in a week then you should look into it.

Thanks brutha. It makes me feel better.

I checked my heart rate and it's in the 90's so it's better. Also my BP dropped a little bit but still normal.

I feel this very slight pressure on my head though. This was after I exercised today. I might have overdone it. I feel a little tired now and less focused.

Also I wanted to take a nap so I could regain some energy. I was trying to fall asleep and then my arm twitched for a second, which woke me back up.

How do I deal with this?

Pondering abt 5 hours of sleep seems like a symptom of bliss. I don't even have 5 hours of sleep to begin with..much less trouble over it

Yeah, I have days like that too sometimes. It's funny how energy fluctuates despite how little sleep you've had. Emotion has an interesting effect on our energy levels.

Just a thought, maybe it's worth reflecting on what elements in your life were around, say, the day before or several days before, or has there been any positive changes in your life recently.

It's good to note positive influencers like that, so you can access them in the future.

Thanks guys for the replies.

As of today the energy seemed to have normalized a bit. Yesterday I got 7 hours of sleep

No longer getting the palpitations or the body warmth. But I felt that experience has had a profound effect on my belief system. I still have a lot of things I want to work on though.
