Default To reverse a belief

I need to do it within 25 days.. Is it possible? It has to be possible. What should I do during these 25 days to reverse my belief? Meditation?
And how to believe it such that it is not pretending to believe?
My mind is not logical. I kind of doubt logical solutions would work. Are there any creative solutions?

What belief are we talking about?
How do you know that you actually hold that belief? That you aren't just pretending to believe in it?

That amount of information doesn't really give me much to work with.

Ok its the belief that I will self sabotage in a particular event. I believe in that because I have done it before. Not once but thrice. If it happens again I will have to repeat the whole thing again and again.

P.S.: why is it the threads I set usually one people replying.

In this case because you try to limit the amount of information that you give people.

What's the reason that you decided to sabotage yourself in the past?

...

If this question feels strange, that's okay. It's intended to shift your perspective a bit.

You can do it really easy with EFT, listen to Brad Yates on youtube what's all about...
I can't describe how many fears and false beliefs I got rid doing it, it's part of my life now...
It looks really silly and you may feel stupid doing it, but do it anyway, you'll see changes very fast, I promise!

Trying to reverse a belief is the strongest way I know of to hold a belief in place. The reason for that is because you give power to the belief by going directly at odds with it.

Focus less on trying to reverse or undo it and focus more on who you would have to be in order to move BEYOND it. Rather, look for a NEW belief that empowers and inspires you and choose to focus on that instead.

I can see this in me and for me it's because I'm forcing myself to do something that I don't want to do. My sabotage is my true being resisting the promise my mind made...a promise made in order to keep the peace in that moment. I simply don't want to do it in the end and too often I would disappear.

NOW, after coming to see my mind, where all beliefs are held, I was for the first time in my life able to say "no" instead of "yes" when inside I wanted to say "no". That courage came from what I learned from reading Osho.

Osho is the master at destroying beliefs. Try Explore the Osho Online Library and you can search over 225 books FREE on any subject you choose. So take a chance and search "beliefs" or whatever is interesting to you and see where it takes you.

I did not decide to sabotage myself. I can't get rid of the sabotaging image in my mind so I act it out.

Without knowing anything about the day you are talking about that's hard to tell.

If you want to get rid of the belief badly why is feeling a bit weird a price that you aren't willing to pay?

If you aren't willing to feel a bit discomfort for getting rid of the belief your unconscious will conclude that getting rid of it isn't that important.

Because besides feeling weird..I tried the exercise to the end and did not see any instant effect and also I did not understand how such an exercise would lead to the changing of my belief

I did not reveal the event because its not exactly something big..Worrying about sabotaging it will be laughable..

You know, it's a question of priorities.
If you want to convince your unconscious that it should drop a belief than you have show it that you are serious.

Basically you worry admit admitting that you worry about the particular event.

As long as you are ashamed of a belief you are in a bad state to do something about the belief. It's much easier to handle a belief that you accept enough to present it in the open.

There a reason why alcoholics annoymous starts their meeting by saying: I'm "..." and I'm an alcoholic.

It interrupts the way you store the belief in your mind.

Just an update . Today is the day and I did well . Did not self-sabotage in the end . I consider myself lucky to be in a stable emotional state to keep my paranoia at bay . Anyone think otherwise?
