 |  Help me to take my inner me back
Hi to all, I'm having bad times. I've got many problems this autumn. But all these problem are nothing to compare with stuff i got a couple of days ago. I decided to share it with you. And i hopeful to hear some wise suggestions from you. Maybe you save my life ever. I was mental strong always. I've never went to the psychologist in my f...ing life. I overcame many bad things already. Ok, a few days ago, i was watching very tied and i was a tv. There was the program where a few famous scientists argued that it'll nothing after you die. I don't understand why, but their words have settled into my mind so much. Maybe it's happened because i was tied watching that program. Or maybe it caught up me because those persons are famous scientists and i'm nobody. I don't know. But i morally was killed with their power cold words. I lost sleep and got fear of death. I faced with death some times for my life, but i never feeled so power fear. I'm not believer in God, but i never been an atheist. I like/d zen Buddizm. I was sure i had my strong views, and no one would be able to break my inner me. And i'm shocking that program has done it with me. Any help, please. And i'm sorry for my poor English. |

Buddhism doesn't say there's necessarily anything after death, either. I think it'd say that it doesn't matter. If you're attached to an afterlife, that's yet another desire that causes suffering, as it is in you right now. Perhaps you can use this opportunity to confront your fears. On the other hand, just because a scientist says something doesn't mean it is true. You will find whatever you look for. If you are looking for proof of an afterlife, you will find it. If you're looking for proof of no afterlife, you will find it. Don't let someone else dictate your reality. These are all beliefs — the belief in an afterlife, the belief in no afterlife. Go beyond these beliefs where you'll find peace. |

Thank you for your support Friend. Yes, that's the opportunity to break my last fear. I just can't understand why it has come to me so suddenly. Why those words have taken a control over me. Probably, it's happened because i was stressful at that moment. I have to change a lot of things in my life. But where i must start. |
