Post Why Beef Can Kill You?

Beef can kill you! And I’m not talking about meat from a cow! So you can relax now. When I mean beef I mean conflict. Having conflicts with your family, your friends, and your significant others, or people at work, or what not…all of this stuff can have a detrimental impact on your health. All of this negativity could be like a black cloud that’s just hovering over you everywhere you go, and over your ability to create what you want in life, and so it denies you the very opportunity to do so. When you have this kind of negativity it is very hard to be positive, and so how can you expect to be healthy, to create or attract what you want into life? If you are always entrapped in this cloud of dark negativity all you can attract is more negativity, and so this will eventually impact your energy levels, your performance, and your ability to reach your life goals. When you always have conflict or beef with others, your environment, or even yourself, how can you expect to reach your true potential when it comes to health or happiness?

If you want to bring something new into your life, like health, vitality, abundance, and success it’s vital to eliminate this negative dark cloud. You have to clear some room for it, and take out that eraser and start erasing away the bad stuff. If this means you have to squash conflict or beef with some people, like calling up an old friend and saying “You know about that thing we were arguing about? Let’s just kill it.” Usually the other person is always willing to squash the conflict too, because no one really likes to keep conflict living on, it is unhealthy and nicks away at your sanity. Believe it or not but this will go a very long way. You’ll feel better about yourself and relationships in general, but also about how you feel in a health sense. It is extremely common that when people are having conflicts with others, they deal with it through devouring comfort foods; pizza, chocolate, cheesecake at 3 in the morning…most of this stuff can ultimately make you sick if it becomes a daily habit. Many coping mechanisms come into play when there is conflict in life, especially with other people. If you are sick in a health standpoint you won’t have the energy to rid yourself of accumulative negativity and bring in the positivity and energy to create an exciting and productive life. So getting rid of the old stuff and making room for the new is what you need to get healthy, get better, and get moving in the right direction.
