What to do when you want to scream to the world that you are just completely and totally depressed yet you know that is probably the worst thing you can do to help your situation in the long term?

My thoughts for anybody who might be depressed are always the same and may not be the ones you want to hear but here goes; 1) It's not a crime to be depressed so have no shame in it. 2) If it really might be depression, seeking help from your professional health provider as a starting point is warranted. Exercise is really very very powerful. It's the last thing one is inclined to want to do when depressed...but after a few times...it's the quickest way to get some results. It brings out the hopeful warrior within almost anyone I think. It definitely rises up your energy levels. And it can be the starting points for other changes.
