Default Flower essences....

I restumbled on this forum tonight after a long break and felt drawn into commenting on one or two posts on this emotional mastery section when I realized so many of the different emotional symptoms whether it be feelings of ugliness, lack of confidence, low self esteem,anxiety,fear,etc..all fall under the categories that can be addressed under most flower essence program.Dr.Edward Bach was the creator of the original set of essences but most areas have their own versions nowadays like Australian Bush flower essences. From everything I have seen and learned of them, they are safe to use.If I was struggling with any of the issues that come up again and again on this forum,I would do some more research or talk to a practitioner.

Marty, I've found flower essences to be remarkably helpful in keeping my focus on what I want to change. I feel it's not the essence that is changing me so much as aiding me in steering away from the negative behavior toward a more positive behavior. For example, I'm an impatient person. I want things perfect and done right and done right now! The essence Impatiens has helped me get away from being snappish and snarly when things are not done to my expectations. It's a long process, definitely not an overnighter by any means.

I'm glad you've found them helpful,Kieron.I've found them pretty amazing too. I think flower essences in general are vastly underused by today's society especially considering they have no side effects can perhaps really assist on journeys to changing aspects of our self that need to be changed.
