Know that you are loved and protected, Enagee. You are not in any danger. Sit in a quiet place and focus your attention on your breathing. Simply watch your breaths as they come in and go out. This will settle your energy. No matter what thoughts or visions come to you, just gently release them. There will be time for you to consider them when you have more stability and clarity. You might want to provide people with a little more information so that we can help you out of your current predicament. |

If it has already come down to affecting your body like that, then you might be experiencing high anxiety but I'm no medical professional. To be sure, you would (and should) consult your medical professional. I think this might be more than what online tips can do for you. Just to be safe, I would visit your healthcare provider.

That do you mean by visions are you talking about goals? I'm not sure this sounds like anxiousness. Has this happen before. If things feel to hard break in down into baby steps. I have to say I'm on antidepressants and they are helping me. I second the opinion of at least talking to someone you don't have to do anything I fought years about even asking about drugs. I wish I had not been so stubborn. Scott |

Maybe too much visions at a time, *Enagee* ? Even the best medicine it is you take, if you take too much, it will come back and hurt you. So don't try to take too much on you, if you see it is one very positive thing to do. Start with small, do things little by little, one after another, it will help you go through your transition more peacefully, help you achive it even smoothly |
