Default Fitness and emotional mastery

Hi, this could go into 2 different sections of this board, I just figured I'd put it here.

Simple question, if I began regularly running, and healthier eating would affect my emotional temperament much?

I just often find myself feeling drained/tired/down and wanna try to sort it.

Yes it will definitely make a huge difference. I have experienced it myself. I have joined a gym and I feel energetic throught the day but the day I missed exercising I feel tired and down.

I am really struggling to be punctual i.e to make it a habit of exercising daily. I bet if you start any sort of excercise in the morning you will find a huge difference. Just give it a try.

All the best.

Yes, either one even by itself will make a significant change. Running particularly has the very pleasant effect of releasing a flood of endorphins that can last for hours. Also known as the runners high.

Exercise and nutrition will affect your entire life for the better. I know when I go more than 2 days without exercising I feel tired and run down. Put poor eating on top of that and you have one cranky girl.

I feel 100% better when I eat right and exercise at least every two days.

I say do it! You'll feel much better.

The natural endorphins should have a positive effect as well as your own personal satisfaction that you are doing something great for yourself.
