Default How to have Emotional Intelligence ?

Having Emotional Intelligence is perhaps one of the most important skills we must possess.

How do one train to have that?

Thinking positive? Law of attraction works?

Perhaps? Recently I have watch the Secret,
The Secret really has made me realize what human being is capable of and can achieve. I just came across an interview with Bob Proctor. He told a story of how poor and lost he was and how he able to change his life virtually overnight! Maybe you want to read about it.

Do not think. Only feel. Its hard. It can be tricky. It can be scary. But just...FEEL.

What happens when you feel, and then act without thought? What if you feel angry, and instead of thinking about the consequences, you just act? Unless you're highly conscious, your action will most likely be destructive.

You've lost the intelligence of emotional intelligence.

Default Different types of intelligence

To get a very clear understanding of how to take advantage of instinct and other forms of intelligence beyond thinking read the book Blink by Malcolm Gladwell.

He does an extraordinary job of identifying some of the different types of intelligence we have access to, what can be developed through training and why that is so important. Just feeling is a great credo, but if you are not adept and discerning what those feelings are telling you, and you let your mind distort the information, it can cost you dearly.
