Default The Sedona Method?

I just flipped through The Sedona Method book after hearing about it on here.

I was just hoping for specific testimonials from people who read the book/took the course/did the live course thingy. Even if you're not using this right now, what was your experience like?

Oh, and one more thing, some of the stuff in the book that caught my eye seemed to have to do with Intention-manifestation. If you've had experience related to Sedona Method and Intention-Manifestation, please share them.

For those of you who don't know what it is and might be interested. Amazon has great reviews:

Amazon.com: The Sedona Method: Your Key to Lasting Happiness, Success, Peace and Emotional Well-Being: Books: Hale Dwoskin,Jack Canfield

It is a way of releasing negative (or, really, any) emotions to gain emotional control, freedom and mastery. Its pretty simple.

So, testimonials anyone? Feel free to PM them to me if you'd rather not share them in public or whatever.

It's great, I use it everyday. Search the forums we discussed it for a moment in an EFT thread.

I liked some of what was talked about, but most of it did not mesh with me. I do like how he talks about releasing feelings, which has helped me immensely.

Then again, I've yet to read a PD book and follow everything the author talks about

Default Sedona Method Users for 3 Years Now

I was a skeptic and brought the Sedona Method book (second hand on amazon) when I heard of what is was supposed to do. At the time I was living in complete agony over my inability to pay my rent and was going to a job each morning that I hated. After working with and doing the process for just 20 minutes that first evening (this was after I took about a day and a half to read the begining/introduction of the process and familiarize myself with the how - to of the process) I felt freer than I had ever been in my entire life and going to work the very next morning I didn't feel the anxiety I use to on approaching my building. I couldn't believe what I was experiencing and it never let up. I told everybody in my family and all my friends about what I had found - "forget Jesus and get this book!" Nobody believe me and I couldn't blame them, I could hardly believe it myself, but I swear I'm living in a new world. I've also seen other posts where people say it doesn't work and am flabergasted. I don't get it. I'm a clutz and it worked for me? If you do the process as instructed it'll work, but it does take your doing it - it's not something you can just read and that's it -- it's a "do this and this and that and it's gone"!!! I've since gotten both the $300.00 Sedona Method CDs (I thought the book was just as good, but I'm a reader) and Larry Crane's "Abundance Course" book and CD set that teaches the same thing, also for $300.00 and don't regret a pennie of what I spent. Now the process promised to bring me abundance which got me started, but to be honest, it hasn't worked that way for me (although I am able to keep and hold a job -- something I wasn't able to do until I did the Method) but who knows, I'm keepin' at it and the quality of my life is so much better with none of the fear, anger, anxiety, frustration, embrassment, insecurities, etc. plaguing my daily thoughts and life as it had before I learned how to release. Sure sh-- still happens in my life, only now when it does I have the ability to release it -- not justify it and keep it, or wallow in it, or ignore it, or try to watch t.v., or have a drink to forget it, or put on a happy face, or affirm something positive till I'm blue in the face, or get even, none of that. I release it, I let it go and I'm free.

I thank the gods I found the Sedona Method. If you're low on cash, forget the $300 CDs - amazon's still there with second hand books -- which would be my first choice anyway, or if you work near a bookstore, on your lunch break go there and read it in parts standing up. Hey, sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

Do it and I'm your new best friend, you'll see.

I've been working with the Sedona Method CD set (for $300+); and I agree -- the results are amazing.

I just wanted to know -- is it worth also getting Larry Crane's the abundance course? I'm trying to keep after the process, and keep doing it. Was Larry Crane's course good as a complimentary view?

I've also been soaking up Lester Levenson's books -- well worth reading. (Did you know that David Hawkins did the Sedona Method course work with Larry? I can see it had a huge influence on him.)

Please share your thoughts. Belle
