Well, I think you should just try to expend the energy somewhere else. Maybe find something to blow off the stress you've got. You might want to try something similar to what the guys of this thread did: 15 days Trial - Abstinence from masturbation - please help me through it

Default Be athletic

You can try other things to make yourself busy.
You can play games such as baseball, basketball and alike. Aside from, it will keep you fit and healthy, stress and pressure will be relieved. I believe so.

This is not trash! This describes where you are at in your life right now. I went through the same thing. I was brought up in a very religious family. Everything was fine and dandy until puberty hit. It was a nightmare for me. Until then I really could be "the good person" that they taught me to be. It was as if all their lessons about how to be good and how to judge those who are bad had little effect on me until that point.

Then I became the target of my own judgment. The hatred that they taught me only to have towards others got turned towards myself. Why would you want to change something you never chose to start in the first place? Did you spend your year when you were 9 planning on how you would be bad when you turned 10? Of course not! It's biology, which is the arch enemy of all religion. Religion teaches you to ignore all impulses and act like the role they dictate for you. Biology gives you impulses.

Anyone who tells you to ignore and repress those impulses is only going to make you repress more and feel more guilty. Newsflash here: They aren't going away! Not until you're REALLY FREAKING OLD. So get used to them. Find away of working with your own impulses that feels natural to you. It doesn't matter if it is different then what everyone else on the planet does. If you ever feel self condemnation or self hatred, ALWAYS KNOW this is your programming and conditioning at work. This is what conditioning always feels like. It urges you to get back in line.

Here is a way for you to experience more freedom in your life then you ever dreamed possible: Learn to recognize very clearly what your conditioning feels like. That feeling you have you might call guilt, or obligation, or whatever, that pushes you to do one thing or not another in an unpleasant way. If you can spot that at your age, which would be rare, nothing and no one could control you. You would be free, and you'd be early! I didn't discover this until I turned 30. And believe me once I learned to be free, life became more awesome and fun then I could ever have hoped. So watch your programming in action, the moment you can recognize it clearly it will no longer control you.

It may help you to realize that pretty much everyone masturbates. As Aaron said, we are ‘wired’ biologically to have these impulses and they are nothing to be ashamed of. Reading the thread that I have posted would be helpful as it puts the issue into better perspective. Often, if we have a issue that we are ashamed of and keep it to our selves, our imaginations exacerbates the issue because we tend to be much more harsh on our selves more so than other people. Publicly talking to people about your issues helps because often you find that many other people share your issue or you find that people just don’t care as much as you think they would. And the gravity of the matter subsides.

[ADULT] Poll: On average, how many times do you masturbate per week?
