Default I just wanted to ..

share something with you guys ..

while I was outside mowing the lawn I was thinking about how we all talk about wanting these great moments in our lives and everything has to be so exciting and fun all the time-well that's not a bad idea but

anyway it is the little moments that count -the days like today when I was cutting one of my boys hair and we were just together in the moment -

nothing special to people looking in and but very special to me looking out

love to you all

Hi, LTL!

Do you believe me when I am telling you I touched me so deeply with this story. It reminds me of my mother braiding my hair. I always had long hair and while in school my mother would braid it in various ways for me. She braided my hair each morning for 10 years of so. She never complained about it Should write her a thank you letter!

Thanks for sharing!

Who says that these little moments aren't exciting and fun? They are exactly what life is about (in my opinion).

There are no others looking outside in, there is only you, and your feelings and your opinion.

thank you guys

one more quick story to share then I seriously have to shower yard goop off me

I am starting to believe in this LOA sh** -
okay sorry it's not kitty poop to you guys

anyway when I woke up this morning my first thought of the day was peace and I even wrote it down while I was doing my morningpages -journaling

so I am outside cutting the grass and who should stop by -
my ex

so I took a deep breathe-literally and took off the 'battle' gear

well it turns out he didn't want to battle

and although I hesitated being alone in the yard with him-it wasn't even 1pm and I could already smell the beer on his breathe
I stood my peaceful stance

at first yes he did want to try to engage me in an endless of banter of hesaid/shesaid but I stated that I didn't want that and could he please leave my property

he said he would stop ..
and he cont. once again

I again took a deep breathe and cont. my calm stance

and to people that have seen me riled up -
yes the Irish got it honestly folks

anyway I suggested once more that he should leave

and he backed down and actually teared up

he said he was sorry
and that he wanted peace too

I had heard this before

but I gave him a chance

he said he was sorry that things turned out the way they did
he said he was sorry for all the times he assaulted me
he said he was sorry I left and that he missed his kids

and then
he said he still loved me
and that he would never find another more beautiful loving person like me

he said he would always be alone until he died beause my shoes could not be filled

anway before I make a total crybaby of myself I am going to the showers

Amazing story LTL.
Maybe you can try cleaning up. Whatever feeling come to your ming, just say "Iam sorry, I love you." You are not saying this to the person, you are saying it to the Source, the divinity, God whatever you want to call it.

I don't regret posting the first story
but I do the second
when I re-read it

it seems so personal

but I guess if anyone can learn anything from what I share then it was worth it

We see more then you think

I love seeing all of you, not just the shiny parts. It is all of you together that makes you an amazing person. Just the pretty parts would make you boring.
