Hi, i got this big issue, i had a relationship for 8 months, this guy i dated had a lot of pain and suffering including the loss of his brother, physical abuse as a child and that, i admit the relationship was rocky and somehow we started becoming weak in front of our problems, we just broke up, i was debastated talkd to him and he broke he said lots of things hes so confused, his wounds are not closed at all, he doenst know what he wants o do with his life, hates to work hard, has a guilt involved with his brother and can seem to get fogiveness, and he feels as if hes gonna hurt me if we get this going, yesterday he said he wants to go away dissapear and then wants to get back and hell come to me and he doesnt care if i dont wan to get back to him, hell undrstand, i am the only one he trust,his dad is not here, his mom is not an easy person and he does not trust her i love him, i wanted to get back to him, bu now i just want him to be ok, i dont know what to do, this situation is hard for me caue i can relate to his pain, i also didnt know what to do with my life, its pretty normal, but i cant also forget about this i care for him, what should i do?

I'm sorry to hear about that. You love him, but are you ready to start all over with this kind of person? You already broke up with him before, and now you know his issues deeper, you have to be strong enough to accept him as he is. It's one thing to love a person, but to have a relationship with someone with all the heavy issues engulfing him, till how long can you bear, honestly? It will take a lot of patience, tolerance and compromise on your part. Good luck, hope this helps. |
