Default Help!

Hi my name is Teddy, and my problem is as follows:

I tend to freak out when ever peoples talk about homo sexuality, I am not a homo person but I fear to talk about it very much. If peoples talk I freak out and I can't even control the conversation. What do you think this is? and what is the solution?

Not sure the root cause, but my first instinct is to send you this article on how to control temper and suggest for you to try a similar technique:

OCD. I'm the same way about blood. Ish. There's a ton of treatments, just try them until something works.
