Try to heal yourself.

Make a list of your tasks, then pay attention to it. You will get tired till night and then have enough restful and dreamful sleep.

There are several different aspects that affect one's quality and ability to sleep. For instance, the enviornment you sleep in has a huge affect on you even though you might not be aware of it. I would suggest looking for the BBC documentary on sleep. I watched it a few days ago and it gave some pretty good insight into various different sleeping problems and how to fix them.

I have purchase some valerian, motherwort and hawthorn spirit solutions and drink few drops of each before going to bed, even the first day I seen huge difference, now, in a week I almost fixed Insomnia. This is not addictive and natural solutions, here in Russia, all together costed me 2$ in drugstore.
