Default The Pain Body (Tolle , power of now)

I have done a good job of ridding myself of the pain body for a large part and accepting what is. But now my pain body seems to be taking a "last stand" and when it does emerge it is much more angry and unconscious. I revert back very quickly but I feel as though my pain body feels its death is imminent and is trying to emerge any way it can.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

I do have these pain-body resurrections and it is important to be ready for it.

Last week I practiced Tolle's method intensely during pretty deep depression times. Without much results.
In other words - I observed it, felt it, been aware of it, been present - and this dull low negative feeling just stuck in there.
Later I understood that I missed a concept that Tolle described in another part of the book but did not mention it when explaining practice of being present.

That is "don't mind what happens" (which was said originally by Krishnamurti).
So my mistake (and i think many people are prone to miss it because it is not clearly described during description of practice specifics) was to try to "fight" or change the feeling inside me by the virtue of being present. That pushing against, fight, desire to change, to eliminate - was getting me in conflict with my inner energy and made things worse. No matter how beautiful is practice - if underlying desire is "against" - the practice will often result in stuckness.
When i decided to observe my feelings + accept them + don't mind them to be there no matter how badly they feel - then I got results.
