I am having trouble switching emotional states at will, as well as switching states of mind, and mental states. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can be a "master of my emotions", as well as being a master of my mind and mentality? Sometimes I find that certain procedures and processes are bewildering to me, and I think it is because I am in the wrong type of state. I also have a psychological disorder, so that could also be the reason why... |
