Default Fear

Ok-So this one is a little broad, forgive me for that. However, I've been becoming more aware lately that everything I do is inspired by my fear. It hit me really hard before that I fear life just as much, if not more than death...perhaps because I realize death is an inevitable end that we all face.

For instance, I take more classes because I fear I will not get ahead. I don't join social groups because I fear the outcome of not being accepted. I self-destruct personal relationships based on suspected (paranoid?) fears of what this person will do to me if I don't. I mean it's a real pattern. I'm definitely still "functional" but at a subsistence level only. I feel like this fear sucks the richness out of my life. I feel like my life is run on the negative presence of this fear...so I am obviously left never feeling fulfilled and more fearful of the next thing. It's like I CAN succeed and live life, but it's never fruitful.

My question is how do I change this? I mean if there were a way that I could transform the fear I feel into something more positive my life would greatly change. Does anyone have any ways to go about doing this? Any insight to offer?

Well.. one of things my teacher states is that fear is our energy.. and were being given notice that were experiencing it.. and kind of in the wrong way/wrong direction..

What you realize is.. if you seriously look around.. is fear and other negative ideas are all over the place.. you have to face your fear and turn your energy to the positive or at least move it to neutral..

The method that worked for me.. if you want to call it that.. (I ain't going to deny I got all my fear bugs worked out.. but hopefully so )

Is the abraham-hicks material and another teacher named bashar.. if you really want to transform it.. those are my suggested methods.. however so it's clear there may be other methods out there that you will resonate more with and these methods I know not.. hopefully someone will suggest them..

In addition I just want to note you don't need a METHOD.. you have the capability if you spend time loving yourself/working on yourself of removing and transforming any fear ideas you have.. obviously since you noticed you have some, you may already be familiar with how to do more self empowerment through self..
