Hi, I am experiencing this for long time and sometimes it really annoys me. I feel really awful when I first wake up in the morning, I feel very negative and helpless, like nothing can be done... usually it takes 20 - 30 mins to reframe my mind into reality of situation... Has anyone else ever felt like this? Is this normal? I wonder if this has to do with your mind trying to first back or something? you know like trying to remind you of the all the bad things? or is it just me being paranoid. It would be great if you people can throw some light on this. Regs, |

You.. I experience this same thing.. sometimes I wake up sick with a cold that really isn't a cold.. There are only 2 theories or ideas I have why this can occur (and let me be honest and say I've been working on it so it happens less and less often.. I woke up 20 minutes ago and feeling fine this morning/afternoon) 1. This is the dream reality and our true selves or in a way who we really are is what goes on in Dreams.. so because this is a physical limitation reality and we our truly unlimited beings.. coming back here is kind of like for some of us.. ohh.. "back into the suck" 2. The only other way to wake up that way is I think based on some kind of belief/definition that may say something like "life sucks" That's my 2 theories.. they sound good to me.. maybe they will resonate with you.. |

That is so strange. My waking hours are one of the happiest hours, I feel so full of energy and ready to enjoy the day. You should try to get up only when you feel positive otherwise your whole day will be ruined. Try to think of positive things and remember or visualise positive events until your mood changed. Then if you wake up in this better mood your whole day will be much more of a success. |
