Use Byron Kathie's the work.

It's free and you just follow the instruction on that page.

The absolutely fastest, most effective way I've found to unravel and dissolve painful thoughts is Emotional Freedom Technique. It's acupressure-based healing and it works on virtually anything.

This is a very general question you're asking us, but a good first step is usually to become more conscious of the thoughts. If you have a tendency to suppress them because of the pain they're causing you, don't let that happen.

You may want to start by mind-mapping the problem on a piece of paper, but more importantly, start doing something that contributes towards solving your problem. If you can think of something concrete that you can actually do, then do it.

I love mind-mapping, too. You can also tap on the suppression itself, or do The Work on your belief that you are not yet able to remember or see clearly the thoughts that are causing pain. You can start where you are, and gently loosen up your thinking as comfortably and quickly or slowly as is most beneficial for you now.
