 |  Releasing block/reversals w/ EFT
I found an interesting series of EFT videos today by "healing magic." It was just what I needed. Got in touch with part of what is behind a big block. So much loss and pain in my life led to isolation and to self-sabotage in many areas of my life. Nip things in the bud - drive people away and though painful not nearly as painful as when they reject me w/o apparent cause. These things are so deep and unconscious that it is so difficult to get to and to release. Worse still - there is so much there that even releasing this huge thing does not yet release the log jam - so much more still clogging things up. (not looking for advice - just sharing with the universe and with others who have been on the same path.) |

Glad you're making progress. I find that things come in waves for me, so I do a load of work, clear loads of blocks, then have a rest until the urge strikes me to start again! It feels like removing layers, then more layers, then more layers each time. Thanks for sharing. Keep tapping  |
