Default Over coming stress

I was just wondering what some you do when you find your self becoming too stressed out, especially in places like work.

If I'm at work, I go for a 5 mins walk and think of something other than work.

But, the best way for me to relax is exercise. After a good work-out (biking, skating, jogging, etc) where I have sweat a lot and have inceased my heart beat quite a lot ... the stress is all gone. And I feel so relaxed!

I find meditation, or just sitting quietly helpful. I'm also able to relax after going for a brief jog or exercising.
