What have you done differently lately?
What are your nightmares about?

things are the same pretty much few dramas but they started
before this and its making me quiet worried, they consist of different
things in one of them i jumped over a gap and missed the other side
and fell, i have never fell in a dream, another part i had a car crash and
i went out to the car and inside has blood all over it, another a monster was
trying to kill me but in the end i killed it with a fire gun that turned it to ash
as soon as it touched it and my bf also broke up with me in one just odd things, i always dream crazy things that
are alarming but never so much as to why i am confused and worried

Sometimes anxiety can build up slowly over long periods of time. Just because something started a long time ago doesn't make it better. Try identifying, say, your three biggest fears right now. What are you biggest stress factors?

at the moment and boyfriend i get really worried no real reason too but i just do also because of the past aswell, do you think this could be a part of it?

My spiritual coach always says that bad dreams are the mind trying to purge non supportive ideas/beliefs/worries without you having to experience or face them in order to let go of them.

Even though you are stressed do you feel like you may be at a point where you are ready to let some limiting thoughts and beliefs go? If so that might be what is happening.

Can we change your wording just slightly to see if it shifts anything for you?

You are still allowing the pain from the past to cause you to worry. In my opinion it sounds as if your worries and stress is becoming a lot on you and your mind is trying to get rid of useless pain. Worrying will only cause your fears to come true faster, instead of focusing on your friends or boyfriend focus on yourself. On building self love, self trust, confidence, etc. You are giving your power away.

i understand what you mean, another friend of mine has suggested to me self love, building on myself before building on other aspects that trouble me, ive always been known to be able to help others but not me/myself, i do know i have problems within myself with self issues and confidence, but i do try to be more positive on these factors
