over the past year i have been through many many many! things until i was pushed to the point where i was broken hurt and not myself anymore, to this day all of the pain accumulated over this time still lingers inside of me, i have learned to bury it yet sometimes it finds its way out and causes me much ache, advice on how i can heal or become better again?

LET IT OUT....... Its your choice, but sometimes venting your inner torment is a good start to the healing proses. Look at it this way, if you have an infected wound and refuse to seek help you could end up loosing a limb, in respect to your mind bottling up such a huge amount of negative emotion does damage too. Get it off your chest and talk to someone, you will be surprised how kind people can be. |

thank you for that, yes bottling up does have a great negative effect on me so i do try to talk about it, i am slowly getting better though, letting things go also helps, as i have learnt holding on to the past only drags it along and does not help it drift away just the other day i went to one of my friends asking for advice as she has the same problems in some areas we both went through it all and in the end i felt relieved and like i had got alot of my chest |

The more you focus on your past, the more you will let it come out and ruin your life. Look only at positive aspects of your reality and soon you will be able to manifest only positive things. However if you feel really depressed it might not be possible to straight away feel good. Then you should seek a feeling that feels better than complete disempowerment you are feeling. Such feeling can be anger, neutrality, hope, faith and more and more positive feelings. When you consciously reach out for such feelings, you will deliberately change your reality to a more positive one. |
