TALKING DIPLOMACY to friends .....
in our life we have to be very diplomatic .
talking something to one person and something else to someone else.
but the degree of diplomacy varies from person to person ...there are people in my life to whom i can not state a truth blatantly but i have to polish the truth with words so that its meaninng changes ,,,i dont want noone to feel hurt ...but it really troubles me this partial hiding of truth

Talk to your closest friends and family honestly, to the others, in a civil manner.
I know it's hard, carry yourself with confidence and think positive thoughts.

Those that try to adjust how to say things are only doing that to please others.
That means that you seek approval from others. But why? You do not need anyone's approval.
You are not here to please others, you should only please yourself. You should not care what others think about you because you should only be concerned about keeping yourself happy.
